Iāve had several different non-robot vacuums in the past especially the top brands but always found it to be a hassle. Gets clogged, hard to clean out the tube, always breaks when you try to empty it, etc.
So I decided to invest in robot vacuum since itās supposed to be better and less hassle. I bought one from a different brand since I thought it was supposed to be outstanding. Turns out itās not. It bumps on every inch of baseboard and furniture. It eats my chargers and clothes (if thereās a string attached to my clothes).
I donāt even know how to turn on the mop or use it. The parts and instructions for mop were overwhelming me. So I just decided not to use it at all. Just vacuum only.
I have a dog who sheds so much. I have to empty the vacuum every single day. The āmapā feature sucks. The cleaning routine made zero sense. When I try to start vacuum in the kitchen.. itāll just go alll the way to the bathroom and clean there. No matter how many times I try to force it to a specific room itās just the dumbest vacuum ever.
Two years later I saw this product/brand mentioned by others on Reddit. I did a lot of homework on this. What won me over was the HomeKit support via Matter. Iām a HomeKit guy. Everything in my home is all HomeKit connected and I love it. So I decided to take the risk by buying this!
Wow. Itās gorgeous once you see it in person. Itās heavy for sure but at least thereās no reason to ever need to pick it up. I never had to with this vacuum but my last robot vacuum had to be picked up thousands time cuz itās always stuck, jammed, or lost. But this one.. never had to pick it up or relocate it. So the weight is definitely not a concern for me.
The cleaning routine is amazing. Seriously. Amazing. I can finally rely on it to clean a specific room I need it to vacuum/mop. It gets every spots in your home. Best of allā¦ I got to use the mop feature! Itās super easy to understand and get mop started! I have the water station connected in my kitchen under the sink so itāll automatic fill the robot vacuum and start mopping. Itās seriously amazing. I LOVE coming home to see everything spotless. Tiles and carpets are all cleaned up and makes home cozy.
My ultimate favorite thing isā¦ not having to empty out my dogās hair every single day. It does fantastic job ejecting the dog hair and debris to the dust bin. Two weeks and still not full! Phew! Iām so happy.
Iām more impressed with the battery life. It can finish the entire home without dying. My last one needs to charge three times before it finish vacuuming (ONLY VACUUMING) while this one can finish vacuuming AND mopping all in one charge. Amazing!
The map feature is incredibly accurate. It was not perfect during first mapping but after few daysā¦ itā becomes perfect. What blew me away was how I quickly plugged it in and docked it to let it charge then I went to work. It asked me if I wanted to start mapping. I declined cuz I hadnāt picked up everything off the floor yet. However I saw that the map was already created. It was created by AI directly from sitting at the charging station. Wow! AI scanned almost three rooms directly from charging station and it looked quite spot on. Thatās how powerful it is.
It doesnāt bump on baseboard, furniture, dog toys, etc. I love this thing so much cuz I always have to make sure I pick up all dog toys and pillows that my dog will kick off the couch before I go to work. Especially the charging cables for my iPhone and MacBookā¦ my last vacuum will eat them! But now I can go to work with peace knowing that it wonāt wrestle with my dogās toys or freak out when pillow is blocking the way. Definitely LOVE LOVE that it doesnāt eat my chargers. It WILL automatically pin the ācablesā on the map so that vacuum knows where the cable is. Itās seriously amazing.
Now on top of all thatā¦ it automatically refills my humidifier!! Iām a forgetful man. I donāt even feed my dog. My HomeKit feeds my dog. Now with this, it automatically refills my humidifier. The past two weeks has been so amazing with my humidifier consistently being refilled by robot vacuum. Amazing!

The Greatest Home Helper-EVER
I got this hoping I wouldn't have buyers remorse. Sometimes things don't live up to my expectations or their hype. This far exceeds anything I dared to hope for. It mops better than I did. It gets edges. I can schedule it and sit at my desk at work and see just where it's going. I don't have to do anything but start it and I come home to a house that has been vacuumed and mopped to perfection and its nestled into its charging station and ready to go again. I highly recommend. A couple of my coworkers are ready to make the splurge. After tons of research on robot vacuums, we landed on the S10 model, mainly for the auto drain and refill features. With two young kids, we hardly keep up with regular mopping and vacuuming. We also got the humidifier add on for our main floor because we despise filling it up by hand every day.
This was our Christmas gift to ourselves and it has been a game changer in our every day life!

This thing is awesome!
I recently purchased this SwitchBot S10 vacuum robot. Because of its self-wash and drying mop system, I don't have to deal with a dirty mop and dirty water anymore. This device cleans everything thoroughly and features separate power and water stations, making it incredibly convenient. Its hands-free operation is a game-changer; it can self-empty dirty water and refill clean water on its own. Along with a customizable app, makes it very user-friendly. Overall, S10ās superior build quality, smart features, and outstanding cleaning performance make it a standout for me. This robot vacuum has truly made my life easier!

I love this machine!
I bought this when it was on Kickstarter, and I love it! First off, with 3 cats, a robot vacuum is a necessity. It gets tangled much much less than my old robo vacuum from a big rainforest company, and the self-emptying feature works every single time. The auto-refill station took a bit of amateur plumbing to set up, but works consistently as long as I don't have my thick bathmat in front of it lol. I have this set up to vacuum daily and mop twice a week, and the vacuum lines it leaves in the carpet are SO satisfying to come home to. The mapping is great, the live view is great, and a recent update that has the robot return to base an hour after it gets tangled to keep a charge is wonderful! I was a little suspicious as this is the brand's first foray into the mop market, but so far I only have pros, no cons, and I've had it for close to a year. It's so easy to take apart if poop happens, too. Love it! I've had budget robots, and higher-end robots, and this one is my favourite.

This is the new king of robot vacuums/mops in my opinion. The advertised features work well and I am impressed with its automaticity. My floors are extremely clean after just one pass (see photos)
