Product Description

Small Body, Big Cleaning Power
K11+ Pro robot vacuum and mop delivers up to 12,000Pa suction to easily lift pet hair, crumbs, and embedded debris from carpets and hard floors. Its automatic carpet boost intelligently increases power exactly where it’s needed, delivering strong everyday cleaning for apartments and pet homes without the bulk. For hard floors, the attachable mop pad conveniently sweeps away fine dust and light footprints, making daily care a breeze.
Ultra-Compact Robot and Dock
The 9.8 x 9.8 x 3.6 in robot navigates tighter apartment layouts, while the space-saving self-emptying dock takes up less floor space than bulky cleaning stations. Ideal for apartments, condos, and small to medium homes where every inch matters.
Compact Self-Emptying for Hands-Free Cleaning
After each run, collected debris is transferred into the station's large 4L dust bag, providing up to 90 days between emptying based on home size, debris volume, and cleaning frequency. A tangle-resistant main brush and side brush help limit hair wrap, making it a practical robot vacuum for pet hair, cats, dogs, and long-haired households.
LDS Navigation for Efficient Coverage
LDS Laser SLAM maps your home and plans organized cleaning routes instead of moving randomly. PSD close-range sensing and cliff detection help the robot vacuum and mop navigate around furniture and stairs, while room management and no-go zones let you tailor cleaning for kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms, pet areas, and spaces with delicate objects.
Matter Smart Home Control
K11+ Pro robot vacuum self emptying works with Alexa, Google Home, Apple Home, and Home Assistant for convenient app or voice control. In the SwitchBot app, select rooms, manage maps, schedule cleaning, and set no-go zones. When power runs low, K11+ Pro returns to charge and resumes unfinished cleaning, giving busy households flexible control and dependable hands-free cleaning. Bluetooth setup and 2.4GHz Wi-Fi keep connection options flexible.

Still Tiny, Still Mighty!

It's nice to see Switchbot release another cool mini vacuum ready for a place in my house! The form factor is definitely perfect for my little (but busy!) home in Texas. I received the original K10+ before moving to the upgraded K11+ and now have the K11+ pro positioned near the front door. It's been great! It's seen the evolution from the first to the one now and can say they (switchbot) beefed up the pascals. The first one was like 3,000 (K10+) then 6,000 (K11+) to 12,000pa with my new house helper! It's doubled each time so i can't wait to see where it goes from here! Great work, love it ... great purchase for a Dad with 4 kiddos (2 girls/2 boys) that keep Skye (the robot) well employed. Looking forward to the future and the S30 mini!

Good product

There are a number of things to like. The dock seems to work well overall. The small form factor of the vacuum is able to get into a lot of areas my previous one from a competitor could not. The mapping is fantastic. It's very quick to get a basic map of a room.

The unit seems to try areas it's struggle with a bit too aggressively. I've had it get stuck in the same place in my home multiple times and it keeps charging in even after I moved it and continued. After a few failed attempts, It should give up on that section sooner. (a monitor cable under my wife's desk)

It could use some object detection capabilities to avoid wires better in future models.

The other issue is that since it's smaller, it has trouble with larger debris compraed to a bigger unit. This is a tradeoff for the size and some object detection would help on this one also.

For the price and feature set and the excellent mapping, it's worth buying.
