Kann sehr einfach an Steckdosen, Schaltern etc angebracht werden. Ich habe es an meine 2 ältere Wechselrichter angeschlossen um die PV Leistung mit zu loggen. Habe aber auch andere Anwendungen wie zeitgesteuerte Pumpen damit realisiert. Für mich eine unkomplizierte schnelle Anwendung. Was noch fehlt sind Messzangen für Ströme > 16A und natürlich ein 3-phasige Anwendung, dann wäre das perfekt für das Smart-Home.

I like this device for the size and flexible connections.
I still have not found out if detached switch type permits sending swich change to other device, f.ex. Switchbot color bulb. Also setting Motion sensor to control Relay switch did not seem obvious. I am sure that this is going to improve with new software or documentation updates.

SwitchBot Relay Switch 1PM

Pro: Converted a normal, very simple light switch to a smart switch. Normal people can still use the switch and you wouldn’t even know the switchbot is in there.

Con: the wiring instructions are unclear and very general. It took quite a while of trial and error to figure out how to wire this and keep everything working. The solution needed up being needing to add a pigtail lead off the common line while leaving the common wiring connected as it was before the install. In other words, although the 1PM has a mandatory common connection, that connection isn’t inline.
