I purchased a switchbot because I need to keep my house extra tidy due to allergies. Unfortunately the mop wipes clearly have a synthetic fragrance, which is not clear enough on this page. Now that I need to return the item, switchbot is asking for medical proof of my allergy, despite claiming to offer 30 days no questions. Buyer beware. What a bummer and might make me return the whole setup.
