The lock installation was a breathe, everything fited perfectly and was functionnal after less than 15 minutes. Same goes for the keypad, although I had to charge it for a longer period as it was pretty low.
Face recognition was perfect and adding more was also a very simple operation. To this day, even if we still dont always find the perfect spot, it finds us and opens quickly. It even needs me to remove my glasses in order to recognize me. It does not need light at all. Dark night and it still works.
The codes also work as intended.
I now fully enjoy a totally keyless life. No keys needed for the door and for the car. Just to carry them on you hidden.
I could not make the NFC work for some reason, even though my phone is on the compatible list. It also does not register the Switchbot NFC tags, which is a bit surprising.
Last negative point, the Matter registration is kind of useless as it does not bring anything more to the table, even in automations. It could be that I dont have a good hub for the Matter (I use Amazon and Hubitat) but I dont think so.
Anyway, the best product I ever had in over 6 years of home automation.

Lock button on the keypad stopped working after 2 weeks.
Also face recognition only works 50% of the time. By the time it recognizes me, I've already opened it using the app.

The lock is great; the vision feature is weak.
While the lock itself works great, the vision feature consistently fails to recognize me. The fact that you can't turn off the sound for the voice instructions that it issues (and still have other sounds) is a little frustrating.
The fingerprint feature works really well.
The credit-card sized access keys work well, but are bulky -- I would prefer something more keychain sized.
The SwitchBot App clearly states when adding an NFC card that you can also just hold your phone up to the reader, but that definitely does not work.
The fast unlock feature works very well. It feels pretty much instant.
Overall, there are some things that I do not like but I am actually quite happy with the end-result. It isn't perfect, but it is a LOT better than the smart lock that I was using before so I'd call that a win.
