Beware of company — Delayed order and missing larger frame
I ordered the 31 and 13 inch frame combo and only received the smaller of the 2 frames. I’ve tried calling, emailing several times and their chat bot and they haven’t gotten back to me in over a week. Very poor/non-existent customer service

Order Still Not Fulfilled - Review Requested a Review 20 Days After Fulfillment;
First, I will say, I got a GREAT deal on this order. I was able to get a K20+ Pro, plus a three pack of AI Art Frames for between 20-38% off the whole group. I was also part of the SwitchBot Kickstarter program for this company, because thought this tech would be worth something or really helpful, down the line.
Now, let’s delve into all the stuff that was done poorly (or not at all) in this situation.
I ordered these on 1/23/26. It is now 3/12/26, which is a day shy of seven weeks. SwitchBot appears to think this was all done 20 days ago, which it wasn’t, in any shape or form. I was aware of the preorder for the frames, so I gave this order two weeks before I reached out to request the status. I spent 3+ hours on hold trying to get a CSR on the line, so that I could get someone with fingertip access to the information that I needed. Simultaneously, I also opened up a support ticket. The support team took over a week to reply to that request, and the person that I eventually got on the line was only able to say, “those are on preorder, you will have to wait.”
After 3-4 more weeks with no updates, I called again and updated my (still open and unresolved) support ticket with another set of questions on timing, etc. I was just told again, “these are on preorder”, and when I asked why I hadn’t received my robot vacuum (was not on preorder), they said they would have to get back to me. Up to this point, they still haven’t reached out to let me know it was delivered, or what the issue(s) was/were.
A week and a half ago, I called again (and updated my ticket). This time it was 4+ hours on hold to get a live person on the line. I was still not informed of anything new, but the next day my K20+ was delivered, along with two of my three AI Art Frames.
I then had to call BACK (another 4+ hours on hold) in order to be informed that the third frame (the 31.5” one — basically the most important of the three) was backordered, or delayed, for testing purposes. And that this one would be delivered (hopefully, but no guarantee) but the end of May. Setting aside that the same technology is present in all three frames, and the only difference between these was size (which makes the entire statement a logical fallacy), having a shipment that was supposed to be delivered (initially) within 2-3 weeks be delayed until the end of May (18 weeks, or four months) is RIDICULOUSLY absurd.
SwitchBot appears to have severe, systemic, issues with their manufacturing process, QA process, fulfillment process, AND; the inability to properly staff their company at any support or management level, that almost ANY other company does not have issues with.
This is the sort of company that I would have bought stock into, especially with the potential for them going public, which appears to be what they are trying to do now. But, I have ZERO faith in their entire functional state. And this is from someone that has fifteen of their products, and has given some of his older products away, to help family convert to semi-smart home functionality.
Maybe they will get past this, and they will turn into the company that I originally envisioned them being, but it doesn't look hopeful.. --especially as I am still waiting (and may be awaiting this "completed fulfillment") indefinitely/infinitely for my completed order.

Missing the larger of the 2 frames, no response from Switchbot
I purchased the AI Art frame COMBO from Switchbot and they sent only the smaller of the 2 frames and sent it months later than projected. Now, they won't answer my emails or messages to their bot and I was on hold for an hour trying to get ahold of them before I gave up.

Beware of company — Delayed order and missing larger frame
I ordered the 31 and 13 inch frame combo and only received the smaller of the 2 frames. I’ve tried calling, emailing several times and their chat bot and they haven’t gotten back to me in over a week. Very poor/non-existent customer service

Never received the 31.5-inch model in the combo, and customer support not responding to my email for 7 days now. Also the actual display on the 7.3-inch model is comically small compared to the size of the frame.

Order Still Not Fulfilled - Review Requested a Review 20 Days After Fulfillment;
First, I will say, I got a GREAT deal on this order. I was able to get a K20+ Pro, plus a three pack of AI Art Frames for between 20-38% off the whole group. I was also part of the SwitchBot Kickstarter program for this company, because thought this tech would be worth something or really helpful, down the line.
Now, let’s delve into all the stuff that was done poorly (or not at all) in this situation.
I ordered these on 1/23/26. It is now 3/12/26, which is a day shy of seven weeks. SwitchBot appears to think this was all done 20 days ago, which it wasn’t, in any shape or form. I was aware of the preorder for the frames, so I gave this order two weeks before I reached out to request the status. I spent 3+ hours on hold trying to get a CSR on the line, so that I could get someone with fingertip access to the information that I needed. Simultaneously, I also opened up a support ticket. The support team took over a week to reply to that request, and the person that I eventually got on the line was only able to say, “those are on preorder, you will have to wait.”
