Fantastic product.
I needed a unique solution for the lock on my AirBNB condo - the smart lock needed to turn counterclockwise to unlock and other smart locks were not compatible. After finding SwitchBot, I sent them a message to inquire about calibration and was quickly provided an answer stating the lock was compatible. Unfortunately I needed to pay duty fees on the package, however upon opening the box, I was pleasantly surprised with the thoughtful product packaging and quality of items. I just installed the lock, NFC tag, keypad and two smart LED bulbs and I can honestly say Iām very impressed with the ease of installation and functionality of all products. The app is sleek, easy to use and all products were plug and play. Definitely a game changer and will recommend!

The little hub that can!
I was introduced to switchbot from watching the automate your life videos and took the plunge during their spring sale, grabbing the camera, motion sensor, lock and the new hub 2. I think switchbot has been the easiest product I've ever set up, taking less than two minutes per product and getting perfect functionality. Living in rented accommodation, I didn't think I would be able to enter the smart lock world, but the switchbot solution is just perfect, and through the hub I can control with my voice. I've only scratched the surface of what is possible with the hub, and can't wait to dive into the ir blaster. I will definitely be buying more products and thoroughly recommend them!

This SwitchBot is just perfect. With the keypad and the hub, you can manage your lock very easily (codes, NFC card or fingerprint. Just bad I didnāt find it sooner. No holes no screw, perfect for a condo where you canāt modified anything. At this price, Iām surprise the quality of this product and this functional.

Great product and easy to install
Living in an apartment, it is impossible for me to change or modify my door lock. I couldn't make it smart. That's when I found this SwitchBot smart lock. I ordered it and it was delivered within a few days. It didn't take long to install. It works great and my experience so far has been amazing. I have already recommended it to friends.

Great Product. Loving it
Bought this as reccomended by our condo corp to stay within Fire Regulations by not changing the master key. It works awesome and we couldn't be happier. The keypad never fails and the biometrics are great when you are carrying stuff and can't get to the keys. Also looking at purchasing the cameras as they have all the functionality of their competitors but all work within the same app so you don't have to run a bunch of different apps. We have a medically complex little boy so this is great when we go out we can keep an eye on him and the nurses. Thanks Switchbot š
