Got it working!

30 second set up it might not be. However lots of adjustments and thoughtful adjustment options included to get past issues. Anyone having trouble our issue at first was we did not have it right enough to grab the pole. Once we did that it has worked as expected!

Good services, i bought them whilst in USA, took them to Namibia for customer try outs, customers are very happy want another one for living room curtains buy Switch-Bot not willing to ship directly to Windhoek, Namibia is the problem. Why can you not add Namibia to the list of countries? They can even exclude customs fees we will pay for them this side.
